Before you book please contact us for account number where you can make initial payment. Obligatory payment is 30 percent of full price. Rest of the payment is expected on arrival.

We offer 5% discount for guests who stays 3 weeks or longer.

During Summer season short term rental (shorther than one week) is available only in Flowers Apartments. In that case prices are 30% higher than regular.

Usage of air conditioner is not included in the price. For additional charge of 5 Euros daily you can use air conditioner.

During the heating season heating is charged additional 9 Euros per day.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets.

Long Term Rental

During low season in period from October 1st to June 1st we are offering long term rentals.
Prices for long term rental are shown below.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax of approximately one euro per day not included in price.
